This Privacy Policy applies to Homeline Plumbing, operated by Homeline Plumbing LLC ("Homeline," "we," "our," or "us"), including its website located at homelineplumbing.com. We serve residential customers in Arizona and Idaho. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have regarding your information.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the website.

• Security and fraud prevention: We use our hosting provider, Netlify, and related tools to help protect the website from spam, abuse, malicious activity, and unauthorized access.
• Legal compliance: We may use or retain information as required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or business recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, localStorage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, understand website performance, and measure advertising results.

Essential technologies

These are stored in your browser's localStorage, are set by our website rather than by an advertising partner, and are not affected when you opt out of analytics and advertising:

Our contact form also loads hCaptcha, a bot-detection service, which sets its own cookies and storage in order to tell real visitors from automated abuse. This runs only on the contact page and is necessary for the form to work.

Analytics technologies

Unless you have opted out, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect information about how visitors use the website, including page views, sessions, device type, traffic source, and general browsing behavior. This typically sets cookies beginning with _ga, _gid, and _gat.

Advertising technologies

Unless you have opted out, we use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure ad clicks, form submissions, and campaign performance. These tools may also support remarketing or audience features where enabled. This typically sets cookies beginning with _gcl, _fbp, and _fbc.

Analytics and advertising technologies are loaded through Google Tag Manager. You can turn all of them off as described in the next section.

4. Your Privacy Choices

Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default when you visit this website. We disclose this in a notice the first time you arrive, and you can turn them off at any point, before or after dismissing that notice.

How to turn analytics and advertising off

Select Your Privacy Choices in the footer of any page on this site. The panel that opens tells you whether analytics and advertising are currently on or off, and gives you a control to change it. When you turn them off:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel stop loading on this website
• The analytics and advertising cookies already stored on your device are deleted
• Your choice is remembered in your browser and reapplied on every page you visit afterward

You can reopen the same panel at any time to confirm your choice is still in effect, or to turn analytics and advertising back on.

Your choice is stored in your own browser rather than in an account, so it applies to that browser on that device. If you use a different browser or device, clear your site data, or browse in a private window, you will need to make the choice again. If your browser blocks site storage entirely, we cannot save the choice, and the panel will tell you so instead of appearing to succeed.

Global Privacy Control

We recognize the Global Privacy Control signal, an opt-out preference signal that some browsers and browser extensions send on your behalf. If your browser sends this signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and advertising, and we apply it automatically on arrival. You do not need to take any further action.

To confirm we honored it, select Your Privacy Choices in the footer. When the signal has been applied, the panel states that analytics and advertising are off and that your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal that we honored.

If you make an explicit choice using the panel, that choice takes precedence over the signal from then on, in either direction. This means you can turn analytics and advertising on even while sending the signal, and that decision will be respected until you change it.

Other ways to limit tracking

Independently of the control on this website, you may also:

• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear your browser's cookies and localStorage at any time

Turning off analytics and advertising does not stop us from receiving a quote request you choose to submit, and it does not affect how we handle that request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the website, process inquiries, protect the site, analyze usage, and measure advertising performance. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Netlify

Our website is hosted on Netlify, which provides hosting, content delivery, HTTPS, platform-level security, performance, and approximate location detection. Netlify may receive your IP address, request metadata, browser information, and related technical data when you visit the website.

Resend

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or service inquiry, your information is sent to Resend, our transactional email delivery service, so that we receive your request by email. This may include your name, phone number, email address, address, service type, message, and location information. We also use Resend to send transactional emails such as confirmations or follow-up messages about your request. Resend may retain delivery logs and related metadata according to its own privacy policy.

hCaptcha

Our contact form uses hCaptcha, operated by Intuition Machines, to distinguish real visitors from automated abuse. When you load the contact page, hCaptcha may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and interaction data such as mouse movement, and it sets its own cookies and browser storage. This runs regardless of your analytics and advertising choice because the form cannot accept submissions without it.

Google Tag Manager

Unless you have opted out, we use Google Tag Manager to load the analytics and advertising tools listed below. When you opt out, Google Tag Manager is not loaded at all, so none of those tools run.

Google Analytics 4

Unless you have opted out, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect website usage information such as page views, session duration, device type, browser type, and traffic source. Google may process this information on servers in the United States or other locations.

Google Ads

Unless you have opted out, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether visitors who clicked our ads completed a quote request or other action on the website.

Meta Pixel

Unless you have opted out, we use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance on Facebook, Instagram, and related Meta services. This may include measuring page views, form submissions, and ad interactions. Where enabled, the Meta Pixel may also support remarketing or audience features.

Google Fonts

Our website may load fonts from Google Fonts. When this happens, your browser may make a request to Google's servers, which may include your IP address and browser information.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money. Unless you have opted out, we share limited online activity data with Google and Meta for advertising measurement and cross-context behavioral advertising. Under some state privacy laws this counts as "sharing" or as a "sale," so we treat the control in Section 4 as your opt-out of it. Opting out stops this sharing from your browser going forward. It does not retroactively recall data already sent.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share information with vendors and platforms that help us operate the website and business, such as hosting, security, CRM, analytics, advertising, and communication providers.

Our retention periods by category:

• Quote and contact form submissions: Kept until you ask us to delete them. We may retain a limited record beyond that request where we are required or permitted to do so by law, such as records of completed work, invoicing, warranty, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Analytics data: In Google Analytics 4, individual event data is retained for 2 months and user-level data is retained for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. Aggregate reports that contain no individual identifiers may be retained longer.
• Advertising data: Retained by Google Ads and Meta according to each platform's own retention settings and policies. We do not control those periods.
• Email delivery records: Resend, our transactional email provider, retains delivery logs and related metadata according to its own privacy policy.
• Your privacy choice: Stored in your own browser rather than on our servers. It stays there until you clear your site data, and we do not keep a copy.

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information in Section 14. We may deny or limit deletion requests where retention is required or permitted by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect personal information. These may include HTTPS encryption, secure configuration practices, access controls, provider-side security tools, and security monitoring.

Form submissions are transmitted through secure connections to our service providers. We do not intentionally store raw form submissions on our website servers longer than necessary to transmit or process the request.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will take reasonable steps to protect your information and respond to any data incident as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights

To turn analytics and advertising off, you do not need to contact us. Use the Your Privacy Choices control described in Section 4, which takes effect immediately.

Opting out of sale or sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Unless you have opted out, we share limited online activity data with Google and Meta for advertising measurement and cross-context behavioral advertising, which may qualify as "sharing" or as a "sale" under California law.

To opt out, select Your Privacy Choices in the footer of any page. That control is our designated method for opt-out requests, it takes effect immediately, and it requires no account and no identity verification.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request and apply it automatically. To confirm we honored it, reopen Your Privacy Choices, which will state that analytics and advertising are off and that we honored the signal. See Section 4 for details.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

To submit any other California privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.
