Drain & Sewer FAQ
What's the difference between snaking and hydro-jetting?
Snaking punches a hole through the clog to restore flow. Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the entire interior of the pipe, removing grease, scale, and root debris. Hydro-jetting lasts significantly longer and is more effective on recurring or stubborn blockages.
Will you need to dig up my yard?
Usually not. Most drain cleanings and camera inspections are done through existing cleanout access points. We only excavate if there's a line break or major structural defect, and only exactly where needed.
Why does my drain keep clogging even after cleaning?
Recurring clogs usually indicate root intrusion, a collapsed pipe section, or excessive grease buildup that snaking alone can't fully clear. A camera inspection will identify the exact root cause and let us fix it properly.
How long does a drain cleaning appointment take?
Most single-drain clogs are resolved in 1–2 hours. Main line cleanings with camera inspection typically run 2–3 hours. We'll let you know what to expect before we start.
